Staging a vacant home can range from $5,500 (for a small living room, dining room, and kitchen only) to $15,000+ (for a larger more expensive home with several bedrooms). A typical 2-3 bedroom home costs $7,500 – $9,500 for a 4-month lease. All prices include consultation, design, furniture/accessory rental package, delivery, setup and removal.

A focused session for smaller homes. Our team will arrive the morning of photography to style key spaces and get your home looking camera-ready in record time. Includes living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom and primary bath. Price includes a pre-styling consultation.
Premier Photo Finish*
$2350
Our Premier service works best for larger homes or those needing extra attention. Includes all rooms above, plus a secondary living space like a family room/den and up to 2 additional bedrooms and baths. Price includes a pre-styling consultation.
*Signature Pricing includes consultation and up to 3 hours with 3 crew members. Larger homes may require additional time or crew. Final price quoted after consultation.
*Premier Pricing includes consultation and up to 4 hours with 4 crew members. Larger homes may require additional time or crew. Final price quoted after consultation.
