Our Photo Finish styling service is designed to get your lived-in listing camera-ready so it looks its absolute best in the listing photos!

What’s Included

Pre-Styling Consultation
We complete a room-by-room assessment, making recommendations on what to pack away or remove, as well as cost effective updates you can complete prior to the Photo Finish appointment to get your home prepped and ready for our crew.

Furniture & Layout Adjustments
We rearrange your smaller furniture to make rooms feel larger and more inviting.

Styling & Accessorizing
We style shelves, mantels, and tabletops using what you already own and hang your art and mirrors with an eye toward balance and visual flow.

Final Touches
We primp and polish each room to shine in photos, styling beds and arranging throw pillows for maximum visual impact.

Bedding, Towels & Accessories*
We bring a small selection of table top plants and accessories, as well as neutral bedding and towels for the primary bedroom and bath to enhance the look.

When we are done, your home will be picture perfect and ready for its close up!
