Just Listed – Stunning Mediterranean Villa in Westwood

We are often asked whether we can stage a property using some of the home owner’s existing furniture. The answer is a resounding YES! In this case, the seller had perfectly usable pieces for her living and dining room that she was willing to leave behind in order to save a bit on the staging rental fees. We happily agreed. We brought in additional pieces for the other rooms and enhanced what she had. Here are the results:
