Staging a vacant home can range from $4,500 (for a small living room, dining room, and kitchen only) to $10,000+ (for a larger more expensive home with several bedrooms). A typical 2-3 bedroom home costs $6,500 – $8,500 for a 4-month lease. All prices include consultation, design, furniture/accessory rental package, delivery, setup and removal.
